SOUND BATH & SELF HEALING

Service Description

60 min session, suitable for all levels In this Sound Bath & Self Healing Session, we combine the healing sound of the Tibetan Singing Bowls with a Guided Practice of Self Energy Healing. We will use the breath to drop into our body, and allow our inner world to speak to us, through a Guided Meditation we will heal our energy and create peace within our inner world. ● Sound Bath with Tibetan Singing Bowls / Gong ● Breathing Exercises ● Guided Self Healing Meditation
