Is a system that allows you to expand and enrich your body awareness by applying the Myofascial Pathways to the practice of Pilates. Every organ and muscle is composed of fasciae and connective tissue. It is the fasciae that determines good posture. It not only helps to release tension in a deeper way but also improves mobility and flexibility of muscles and joints. The final 15' Gong session will help to end with a peaceful relaxation.
