Service Description
Somatic Movement Exploration is an invitation for self-inquiry into the body-mind connection through intuitive and present movement and meditation. These sessions are crafted to welcome all that you are as we unravel the mysteries within our bodies, fostering a deeper understanding of our sensations, emotions, and thoughts. We will listen and follow impulses, movements, insights, and sounds that our bodies reveal to us - cultivating a felt relationship within our inherent dynamics. The sessions will include breath and light body activation (using tuning forks) to support your nervous system and relaxation. Each session will be uniquely crafted and inspired by various themes.
