Human Tuning is a flowing, sensory-rich, immersive class designed to explore the healing power of sound through somatic movement, vocal activation, and frequency massage with tuning forks. By focusing on co-regulating the nervous systems, we guide in redirecting awareness toward a 'unified pulsation,' allowing to become entranced by rhythms and frequencies.

This journey invites you to explore embodied and integrative ways of relating and resonating with yourself and others. As we attune to sound, we access our innate healing potential, recognizing that in our very blueprint, we are all healers. 

Through collective tuning, we remain consciously aware of our individual and shared vibrations, experiencing a transpersonal journey that potentially leads to deep empathy, presence, and a return to our most resonant selves.
